When will my order ship?

• As all of our products are handmade, we ask that you allow at least 7 business days for your order to ship. However, for custom orders, any of our bags, and our "Wavy Hat," these may take up to 14 business days to ship.

What if I have a special request for my order.

• For special requests, you can utilize our "Contact" page or the "Notes" section during checkout. Special requests can be made as you order or up to 12 hours after you place your order (Please include your order number).
